Sandy has overseen significant review and reform programs within a large government organisation. As a senior manager he has led project and program work, and developed and established organisational risk and business continuity planning frameworks and audit programs. Having extensive training development and delivery experience, Sandy has collaborated with and increased the capacity of stakeholders in program development, delivery and evaluation. He is also a qualified teacher, having experience teaching both locally and in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Sandy’s leadership skills have been enhanced through his involvement in the leadership team of not-for-profit and voluntary organisations. Holding a Master of Arts (Terrorism, Safety and Security), Bachelor of Education (Primary), Bachelor of Social Science (Community Development), Graduate Certificate in Management, Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults, Certificate in Governance and Risk Management, and Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, Sandy is well qualified to assist organisations to focus on change management, audit, risk and business continuity planning, training and development, and program and systems design and evaluation. 
Wendy Morey

Wendy has achieved significant outcomes as a member of the Executive Management team in a large not-for-profit service agency. In her different Executive roles she has provided governance advice to the CEO and Board and been responsible for managing workforce development strategy. In senior management roles Wendy has led teams providing care and services to residential clients and been responsible for clinical governance, quality systems, facilities management and financial outcomes. With a year spent in a voluntary capacity working alongside and mentoring the Khmer HR Director at a hospital for the very poor in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, and using her knowledge to support a start-up community care facility in Bangkok, Thailand, Wendy has developed comprehensive insights and abilities in cross cultural business development. Wendy’s skills have been enhanced by work as a sessional marker for an Australian university Masters of Nursing program, as a Panel Member for the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and as a conference facilitator and presenter. Holding a Master of Business (Administrative Management), a Bachelor of Nursing, Graduate Certificate in Primary Health Care and Certificate in Governance, Wendy is well qualified to assist with the strategic, governance and workforce planning needs of any organisation.
